Mama Tattletail is a boss in Slender Fortress.

Description

Mama Tattletail was designed to read stories to children via the use of various pre-recorded cassette tapes. The tapes seem to have been accompanied by books for the children to read along with, judging by the inclusion of "turn the page" in the tape heard in-game. Mama's head would spin around while the tape was being played.

Mama does not speak until the tape is inserted, and may be unable to speak without a tape.

In Slender Fortress

Mama is attracted to loud noises and will follow you or the RED team around based on the noises they make. If you make a loud noise too close to Mama, she will attack. Mama's attack kills you and the RED team instantly.

She can move around the house, but only when the RED team isn't looking directly at her. Looking directly at Mama causes your Flashlight to go out. If it does, Mama will teleport and may kill the RED team. She also makes grinding noises when she is near and she can cut off the lights, making it harder for the RED team to avoid Mama.

If the "Golden Flashlight" Special Round (replaces the Infinite Flashlight Special Round since it become pointless) is selected, it will never instantly go out when you look at Mama Tattletail. This Special Round will be useful to counter other flashlight disable bosses, such as Ballon Boy and the Weeping Angels.
